About this project

A representative full-scope basement finish in Draper. The homeowners wanted a self-contained lower level for visiting family and weekend use — bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and an entertainment area for movie nights. The bedroom required cutting and installing a new egress window through the foundation per IRC R310, and the existing HVAC trunk line forced a soffit drop along the main hallway that we framed and finished cleanly. Permitted through Draper City; finished in approximately 8 weeks from permit pull to final inspection.

This project was completed as part of our Basement Finishing service.
